P.S.
I love the way home. But, today after riding up to the elephant seals and then down to lunch (approximately 15 miles), I opted to drive from our lunch spot into town to the farmer's market and then home with my delightful side-kick...or maybe I am her side-kick....Hm-m-m-m. How does that work. Nevertheless, I did not choose to ride up thru the lovely Fern Canyon.
Some days it is the better part of valor..... ;)
